Off The Street Club's "Create Hope"
A young man walks into the Off The Street Club where a young voiceover says, "at the club I can be free." Children are playing and learning, telling their newest hopes like skating better, and winning the soap box derby, to the viewers. The last "I hope" is from the same young voiceover that began the commercial when he says, "I hope the club stays here to help my little brother like it did for me." A group of children yell in unison, "create hope."
