American Liver Foundation's "Couch"
A romantic interlude between a man and woman is interrupted by a third partythe man's liver which appears in the form of another guy in a liver costume. The original guy advises his date to ignore the liver seated next to them on a couch. Then the lights go out and the liver pummels its owner. The moral: Don't ignore your liver.
