“One moment can change the rest.” This is the powerful theme captured in the launch campaign for daytime talker, “T.D. Jakes.” The new series, which premieres today, celebrates the human spirit and embodies the purpose-driven mission of its namesake, bishop, author and filmmaker, T.D. Jakes. Working closely with TEGNA Media, 2C Creative developed a multi-tiered rollout of promos, building anticipation as the show prepared for its national syndication debut.
2C crafted a moving campaign featuring five different spots, rolled out in three phases that demonstrate the show’s broad appeal. The first phase provided a long-lead graphic tease, the second included custom portrait and concept shoot spots, and the third incorporated clips with actual show footage, giving audiences a first reveal of real show content. 2C Creative also produced the show open, experiential elements, sales pieces and more.
