Sound Lounge, the artist-owned and operated NYC audio post production studio, has launched a survey to the advertising community. The survey will measure what people think the post-pandemic office model will look like, as well as their safety concerns with returning to in-person work settings. Will this year pave the way for a new hybrid-work model, a full return to the office, or are clients seeing advantages to working from home?
“The Lounge is a creative environment that represents togetherness and collaboration – we certainly look forward to the day we can welcome people back,” says Partner and COO Marshall Grupp. “Everyone’s health and safety is of course our top priority though. Our COVID-19 Task Force has been very proactive over the last year – making sure our studio is always up to the latest standard in safety protocols. We’ll be ready when our clients are ready.”
Sound Lounge first surveyed clients one year ago, which showed the ad industry was hesitant to return to the workplace following the pandemic shutdown. Regardless of any individual’s experience working from home, last year’s data indicated that safety was the top priority for most advertising professionals. A majority of participants indicated 2021 for a safe return to office, but how do they feel now?
All advertising professionals, agency, production and post-production related, are invited to participate in the survey. Responses will be completely anonymous, and Sound Lounge plans to share the aggregate results with the community as a whole.
