Award winning Walker/Fitzgibbon TV & Films, producer/director Mo Fitzgibbon and Robert W. Walker and co-producer Fernando Viquez have branded their cutting edge style hot off the success of their music video "Aztec" for rockers Spirit Alley.
Written and directed by Fitzgibbon and Walker, and edited by Viquez, the story centers on an ancient Aztec tale about a raven that descends to Earth and is transformed into a young woman. Helmed by Walker and executive produced by Jim Peters, the shoot took place on the hillside of Laurel Canyon. Other specialized design techniques used include: original backgrounds shot HD then composited into scenes and digitally enhanced scene-to-scene color correction. Spirit Alley is taking flight. In addition, Walker/Fitzgibbon wrapped production on three knockout, classic dance television commercials for The Vibe 106.3, an Oasis Radio Group affiliate station. After several weeks of a citywide search for the best male dancer in Los Angeles, producer, Mo Fitzgibbon and director, Robert W. Walker chose popular choreographer J.J. Villar. The shoot took place at Hip Film Studios in Hollywood. The production turned out to be a green screen dream!
Finally, the Walker/Fitzgibbon team – joined by their co-producer and editor Fernando Viquez and Feinstein/McGuiness PR – spearheaded a sexy and fun biopic on the beautiful and talented Maria Menounos of Access Hollywood and The Today Show for a live Reebok Event. Photos and live-action clips were cleverly assembled and layered, blending together a textured look of Maria’s vast history to illuminate her amazing personality, career and the various charitable organizations she supports.
Walker/Fitzgibbon has three new projects in development that are already igniting interest from major studios.
CENTAC – A television drama set inside a federal drug enforcement unit to target narcotics trafficking organizations led by a toughened veteran agent,
Wheeler…The Limo Man – A one hour dramedy series that has it all — mystery, mayhem, — and a lead character whose mantra is “What happens in the limo stays in the limo” —
The Miami River Cops: Dirty Water – Based on a true story using historical facts, the film is set in the cocaine-crazed Miami of the mid-1980s when an infamous police scandal played out amidst the exodus of Cuban immigrants caught in the struggle of Good vs. Evil.
Grammy nominee Producer/director Mo Fitzgibbon has received countless awards for her work, including a Grammy Nomination and an NCLR Bravo Award for best-made documentary along with New York Film Festival Awards, Tellys and Gold Addys. In addition, Fitzgibbon has produced and directed numerous productions for national recording artists and stars such as Shakira, Gloria Estefan, Jaunes, Jon Secada and Andy Garcia. She is also one of the few producer/directors that can create projects simultaneously in English and Spanish. Company partner Robert Walker brings over 15 years experience as broadcast writer and director.
The newest slate of projects for the company promises to once again burn Walker/Fitzgibbon into the hearts and minds of the Hollywood community.
