Trailer Park, the entertainment’s leading marketing agency, has expanded its Television Division, and concurrently has promoted Mike Leathers to the post of President & Co-Creative Director, and has named Sarah Pierce as Senior Vice President & Co-Creative Director. Most recently, Pierce had been Vice President of On-Air Promotion, Emerging Networks, with NBC Cable Entertainment. Rick Eiserman, CEO, Trailer Park, Inc., made the announcements.
In their new roles with the company, Leathers and Pierce will work in tandem to create full service marketing and promotional campaigns for network, syndicated and cable television programming, as well as for emerging media. They will, together, spearhead a solid creative team that utilizes the talents of Trailer Park’s award winning pool of editors. Among Trailer Park’s current TV clients are MTV, USA, Sci-Fi, FOX Reality Channel, MGM TV, CBS, NBC Universal, and Nickelodeon, to name just some.

ABOUT MIKE LEATHERS
Prior to his promotion, Mike Leathers had been Senior Vice President and Creative Director for Trailer Park’s Television Division since 2006. In that post, he directed creative and production for a wide variety of marketing campaigns. Projects have spanned from innovative syndicated TV launches and episodics for shows including “Law & Order SVU,” “Monk,” “House” and “Reno 911” to Upfront presentations and branding reels for clients such as Disney ABC ESPN Television, NBC Universal Television, MGM Television and Disney ABC Cable Networks Group. During this time, Leathers had produced TV trailers for Universal HD, Myspace’s “Branded Channels,” USA Network and a number of MTV shows, including “G’s to Gents,” “Paris BFF,” “Rock the Cradle” and “Busted.”
Prior to joining Trailer Park, Mike was the President and Creative Director of Launch Pad Productions from 2003-06, where he created and developed award winning network and syndicated television advertising, home entertainment, pay-per-view, and VOD promotional materials. During this time, he was responsible for the launch and daily promotion of a number of highly successful, hit TV shows. Previously, as Executive Vice President/Creative Director with Launch Pad (1997-03,) he managed all communication with marketing executives at Fox, Sony, King World, Warner Brothers, MGM Home Entertainment and NBC Enterprises.
Mike holds a B.A. Degree from the University of Texas, Austin.
ABOUT SARAH PIERCE:
Prior to joining Trailer Park, Sarah Pierce was Vice President, On-Air Promotion, Emerging Networks, with NBC Cable Entertainment in Burbank. There, in less than one year, she established Emerging Networks On-air Promotion Department from the ground up. Pierce oversaw the network launches of Chiller (cable,) and the mobile networks NBC 2Go and NBC News 2Go in 2007, as well as the network rebrands of the cable networks Sleuth and Universal HD in early 2008. She acted as Creative Director for Emerging Networks in all areas of on-air and digital promotion, including launch campaign strategy and creative (encompassing comedy, drama, reality, movies, and special presentations), network branding, integrated marketing, on-air graphic design, web design, original music composition, HD production, and budget management.
Earlier, she was a Producer with The Cimarron Group’s Home Entertainment & TV unit in Hollywood, where her work was nominated for several Key Art Awards.
From 1995-2002, Pierce was VP, On-Air Promotion, with UPN in Los Angeles. There, she executive produced/creative directed all on-air promotion materials for five nights of primetime programming, including network series, and all program presentation pieces for advertiser Upfront meetings, network affiliate meetings, and Promax promotion managers meetings. Pierce was actively involved in all areas of on-air promotion, including launch campaign strategy and creative, episodic and sweeps creative (encompassing comedy, drama, reality, movies, and special presentations), network branding and sweeps creative, on-air graphic design, and original music composition.
Pierce is a graduate of the University of Oregon, with a B.S. Degree in Journalism and Public Relations. She is the winner of numerous Promax, Telly, and Key Art Awards.
