The industry-renowned Santa Fe International Workshops is this month premiering a new hands-on training series on Stereographic 3D Cinematography. Training features Angenieux’s George Palmer as one of the senior instructors as well as many other expert professionals. On August 28-30 in Los Angeles, California the program will combine an overview of key 3D technologies with intensive sessions using the latest tools of 3D cinematography. Mr. Palmer’s session will focus on lens technology for 3D applications.

Santa Fe International’s experienced professionals provide participants a detailed guide to 3D workflow combined with hands-on instruction on the proper assembly, calibration and operation of the latest generation 3D rigs and tools for 3D cinematography. Follow-up workshops in the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia will advance further into the details of Stereographic 3D production through specialty and master classes.
