Three television productions that were posted at <a href="http://www.technicolorpwny.com.>Technicolor – PostWorks New York are among the nominees in the American Society of Cinematographers’ 26th Annual Outstanding Achievement Awards competition.
โข Nominees in the one-hour Episodic Television Series/Pilot category include two episodes of HBO’s "Boardwalk Empire", “To the Lost” (David Franco, cinematographer) and “21” (Jonathan Freeman, ASC, cinematographer). <a href="http://www.technicolorpwny.com.>Technicolor – PostWorks New York Colorist Martin Zeichner performed color grading for the show as part of a package that also included dailies processing, Avid editorial and finishing services.
โข Nominees in the Television Movie/Miniseries category include HBO’s "Mildred Pierce" (Ed Lachman, ASC, cinematographer). Color grading for Mildred Pierce was performed at <a href="http://www.technicolorpwny.com.>Technicolor – PostWorks New York by Colorist Sam Daley; the facility also provided dailies processing, editorial and finishing services.
โข Nominees for half-hour Episodic Series or Pilot, a new category this year, include “Forget the Herring,” an episode of HBO’s "Bored to Death" (Vanja Cernjul, HFC, cinematographer). Color grading and finishing for that series is performed by <a href="http://www.technicolorpwny.com.>Technicolor – PostWorks New York Colorist John Crowley.
