Nominees for the 70th Golden Globe Awards include a total of eight feature film and television productions that received post-production services from Technicolor – PostWorks, New York.
Best Motion Picture, Drama nominee “Lincoln” employed the facility’s dailies and print dailies services. Lincoln is also nominated for Best Director (Steven Spielberg), Best Actor, Drama (Daniel Day Lewis), Best Supporting Actor (Tommy Lee Jones), Best Supporting Actress (Sally Field), Best Screenplay and Best Original Score.
Best Motion Picture, Musical of Comedy nominee “Moonrise Kingdom” went through DI color grading, lab services and dailies.
Best Motion Picture, Musical or Comedy nominee “Silver Linings Playbook” employed dailies processing. “Silver Linings Playbook” is also nominated for Best Actor, Musical or Comedy (Bradley Cooper).
Best TV Series, Drama nominee “Boardwalk Empire” received dailies processing and finishing services (color grading, conforming, visual effects and titling). Boardwalk Empire is also nominated for Best Actor, TV Drama (Steve Buscemi).
Best TV Series, Musical or Comedy nominee “Smash” received dailies processing and finishing services (color grading, conforming, visual effects and titling).
Best Actress, TV Drama nominee Damages (Glenn Close) underwent color grading.
Best Actor, TV Musical or Comedy and Best Actress, TV Musical or Comedy nominee 30 Rock (Alec Baldwin, Tina Fey) received dailies processing and finishing services (color grading, conforming, visual effects and titling).
Best Actress, TV Musical or Comedy nominee “Veep” (Julia Louis-Dreyfus) employed dailies processing.
