The new “Troublemaker” music video for UK artist Taio Cruz is finally available to view in the US. The Promo was directed by Martin Weisz and shot in one day in a Los Angeles warehouse. The video follows on the heels of the hugely successful “Hangover” video which was also directed by Martin Weisz and reached 27 million youtube plays in just 3 months. nnThe new video takes a very stylized and abstract approach to showcase the British song maker. Besides elements of classic dance and a setup featuring 30 fashion models – one memorable sequence is the crash of two Lamborghini Gallardo supercars into a massive concrete wall. The effect posted a massive challenge to achieve in the short shoot and turnaround. The shot was ultimately achieved with a mix of miniature and CGI work – later artfully composited with Taio’s performance footage.
