Eric Balfour has signed on to direct the indie feature Walk to Vegas. Best known for his acting roles in Six Feet Under, 24 and Haven, Walk To Vegas will be Balfour’s feature-length directorial debut.

The elevon at Campus El Segundo has sold 66% of its property to businesses relocating to its innovative office environment. Buyers include prominent media, entertainment, and tech firms relocating from Santa Monica and purchasing their own space at elevon.
