Creative concept studio Solid is pleased to announce the addition of Drew Bourneuf as Executive Producer. He brings over 15 years of experience in commercial and broadcast media production, design, animation, and visual effects, having held staff positions at digital agency Digital Kitchen and design & VFX company Salt. At Solid, Bourneuf will oversee all production, manage facility operations, work with the executive team on overall strategy and growth for the company, and act as the liaison for new and existing clients.

When asked about his decision to join Solid, Bourneuf said, “When I first started talking to Solid I was extremely enthusiastic about the possibilities. The creative talent and the studio’s capabilities meshed perfectly with the level of work I wanted to be pursuing and executing. I couldn’t be more excited by the challenge and opportunity.”
Drew began his career in Los Angeles as a producer for the award-winning DVD magazine Short Cinema Journal. He spent seven years as a freelance producer working for various commercial production and design companies for clients including Home Depot, Verizon, Toyota, Visa, Pacific Life and Imagine Television. In 2003, he joined Digital Kitchen as Senior Producer. During his six-year tenure there, Bourneuf ‘s clients included AT&T, Microsoft, HP, Xbox, Nike, Subaru, Sundance Film Festival and FOX. He produced three Emmy®-nominated main titles, including the one for the critically acclaimed FOX series, “House.” He was promoted to Head of Production in 2006 where he managed the production departments in all of Digital Kitchen’s studios. More recently, he was Executive Producer at Salt, where for the past two years he oversaw all production operations for the Culver City-based studio.
