Shooters, Inc. (www.shootersinc.com) has hired Editor, Mark Hutchinson. Hutchinson brings more than 15 years of experience to Shooters, having earned his chops in commercial editing in New York as well as in award-winning documentary films in his native England.
Hutchinson’s credits include spots for Nivea, Cymbalta/Eli Lilly, Verizon, Qwest, Fisher Price, Dominoes, Wyeth, Pizza Hut, E*Trade, McDonald’s, Goodyear, Dreyfus Financial, and spoof commercials for “Saturday Night Live” among others. He has edited standard and webisode PSAs for Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP), Alzheimer’s Association and City Harvest.
Hutchinson’s deft touch can be seen on commercial spots and long-form vehicles for agencies such as BBDO, Y&R, McCann-Erickson, Arnold Worldwide, Lucky & Co and JWT, to name a few. His latest projects include work for New York Fashion Week featuring designer Carolina Herrera, a broadcast commercial campaign for Alfa Insurance, and a documentary by Juan Delcan on AfriCobra, the arts movement of the late 1960s.
Hutchinson brings great versatility to his work on spots, network promos, pharmaceutical campaigns, webisodes, and music videos. He has most also worked as Senior Editor at Push Editorial/Draftfcb, as well as editor at Blue Rock Editorial and Crew Cuts.
"Shooters is a well run creative house and I like that they handle a variety of work from commercials to long form,” says Hutchinson. “It’s also close enough to New York that I can still easily work with clients there, as well as nationwide.”
