Grey NY is SHOOT Advertising Agency of the Year 2013!
(see below for special “Congratulations Ad” Opportunity!)
A proud tradition continues as SHOOT announces its pick for the 2013 Advertising Agency of the Year: Grey NY
SHOOT selects its annual Ad Agency of the Year based on which ad shop made the biggest positive impact in the current year in terms of brand building, creative, and successfully weaving its clients into the social fabric of mainstream and pop culture. In an evolving creative marketplace where advertising and entertainment continued to come together, SHOOT selects the agency that stood out in 2013, not only bridging these worlds successfully but earning award nominations and wins along the way.
As entertainment and advertising intersect, that crossroads has been adeptly navigated by Grey New York as underscored by this year’s Emmy and Academy Awards. Grey NY won the primetime commercial Emmy for Canon’s “Inspired,” breaking a four-year run of Emmy wins for Wieden+Kennedy. As for the Oscars, Grey NY’s “when you find me,” spawned by Canon’s Project Imagin8tion initiative, became the only advertising film in history to be shortlisted at the Academy Awards. It was one of 11 live-action short films to be shortlisted for the Oscar.
The accomplishments for Grey go far beyond these, making 2013 a most memorable year for the agency. SHOOT talks with leading Grey NY creative and production artisans for insights into the inner workings of the agency and the dynamics that drive its success.
