Two of the panelists on the “Fresh Produce” session include Hafeez M. Saheed, Head of Production/Executive Producer, Nickelodeon Creative Advertising and Jeffrey A. Jeffrey adds legal perspective to the overall discussion by answering the question, When advertising and entertainment come together, what is that you’ve created, who should own it, what rights do you need, and what laws apply?
