New creative brand RAZR launches nationally in New York and Los Angeles, offering an array of services cross-pollinating between advertising, fashion, culture, media, and technology.
RAZR is a contemporary multi-disciplinary family of creative ventures that concepts, develops and produces innovative solutions for various platforms in diverse industries. RAZR advocates creative science: solving problems through creative contemplation, innovation, collaboration and ideation.
The brainchild of founder Mitchel Elsen, RAZR is neither production company, digital studio, or agency. Behaving like a brand instead of a company, RAZR introduces a different model of thinking. RAZR is a creative company that actively celebrates a global innovative culture of various productivity platforms, disrupting the traditional thinking and experimenting with marketing, strategy and content production.
The RAZR directorial roster is composed of David Lodge, Felix & Paul, Husein Alicajic, Lucinda Schreiber, No Brain, Scott Otto Anderson, and That Go. Projects by RAZR creative talent engage all the tools available to produce culturally relevant content for today’s audience with a global creative mindset, from conceptual strategy to digital development to traditional broadcast. RAZR talent has worked with internationally with brands such as Adidas, Canon, Coca Cola, Cirque du Soleil, and Samsung; and with top agencies internationally including JWT, Havas Worldwide, Saatchi & Saatchi, TBWA Chiat/Day, and Sid Lee
Mitchel Elsen was co-founder of TRS, one of Belgium’s most successful creative production companies. TRS directors and work have won many awards including Eurobest, Cannes Lions, NY Festivals, and Clio’s, among others. Prior to building TRS, Elsen worked in business development and production at a number of advertising agencies. In 2013, inspired by the possibilities for cross-genre work he saw at TRS, he left to develop RAZR. Elsen is a recurring juror on industry award festivals as an expert on advertising and technology.
RAZR will be represented by Michel Black Waxman and Marla Mossberg of MBW Represents on the West Coast, and Victoria Venantini for the East Coast.
