About RON FRANKEL
Ron Frankel founded Proof, Inc., in 2002 to advance the use of previsualization in feature film production. His most recent work employs augmented reality techniques to create live in-camera visualizations. In addition to his work on feature films, Frankel has used previs to problem solve large-scale architectural installations, to help create immersive environments and to aid in the design and planning for virtual reality productions. Recent collaborators include David Yates, Joe Wright, James Gunn, James Wan, and Justin Lin.
Frankel has a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Bowdoin College and a Masters of Architecture from MIT. He is a founding member of the Previsualization Society, the Virtual Production Committee and 5D: The Future of Immersive Design.
