Dallas-based Post Asylum, a full service creative firm specializing in commercial and feature film post production, announced today they have hired Jessica Smith as Editor. Post Asylum offers creative editorial and finish, as well as animation and visual effects.
Smith brings more than eight years of creative editorial experience to Post Asylum. She most recently served as a Creative Editor for 3008 in Dallas and prior to that was employed with Fast Cuts. Smith has cut national and regional spots for a variety of major brands including Hasbro, The Home Depot and MTV, to name a few.
“We’ve had numerous agency creatives and producers singing Jessica’s praises to us for a while now, so this was an easy decision,” said Graham Hagood, Executive Producer for Post Asylum. “She has the rare combination of creativity, skill and charisma we look for in an Editor. Bringing Jessica in to join our talented editorial staff will help Post Asylum continue building relationships both regionally and nationally.”
The addition of Smith to the Post Asylum creative editorial team rounds out an impressive talent roster that includes Michael Fleetwood and Caitlin Van Dusen.
