With the explosion of social media & new media platforms, <a href="www.pmamusic.com.>music is being used more than ever. How are <a href="www.pmamusic.com.>copyrights being valued and compensated in this new world order? How important is <a href="www.pmamusic.com.>music to the success of a project? The <a href="www.pmamusic.com.>Production Music Association is presenting a discussion with respected industry experts to explore the intrinsic and monetary value of <a href="www.pmamusic.com.>music on Thursday, October 20th at the Jolly Hotel Madison Towers in Manhattan.
Panelists include Jason Boyarski, media and entertainment attorney, Joel Goodman, President of MusicBox, Tom Hedden, multi-award winning composer, Miranda Patterson, Senior Supervising Producer for NBC News Marketing, Joe Saba, President of VideoHelper, and Chris Woods EVP/COO at TuneSat.
This event is open to all interested professionals. The cost to attend is $10 for <a href="www.pmamusic.com.>PMA members and $15 for nonmembers and guests. The meeting will take place from 5:30 PM thru 8:00 PM with light refreshments and a no-host bar. A&Gโs New Third Space Studios Fills A Community Gap
A&G's (Allen & Gerritsen) new Third Space Studios is not just a full-service production offering for the creative agency. It's filling a gap in the community by making a complete video and production facility (live-action studio, production extension, editorial & motion, and audio services for podcasting, voice-over and online audio) available to all. Larger organizations like Blue Cross Blue Shield Massachusetts and Meet Boston, individuals like creators and collaborators, and nonprofits like the Boston Symphony Orchestra and The Wonderfund are already accessing both the space and the affordable creative and production support that comes with it. The Wonderfund has even tapped the studio for an entire brand relaunch.ย The studio is an extension of A&Gโs Third Space, a new concept the agency opened in Boston and Philadelphia last year to give employees, clients, creators, and even startup incubators (Boston currently has two) a place to gather, dream, and innovate in comfortable surroundings.
