PES Payroll, an Extreme Reach company and a leading provider of Employer of Record (EOR) payroll services to the entertainment and advertising industries, announced today a unique service to help employers meet ongoing Affordable Care Act (ACA) compliance requirements.
“As employers continue to struggle with the impacts of the ACA implementation, along with managing the numerous changes, it is essential that they understand what they must do to ensure compliance with employer mandates and avoid any potential penalties,” said Sukhi Pabla, Director of Health Services. “Organizations in our industry are experiencing increased responsibility to remain compliant with ongoing ACA reporting requirements.”
Internal Revenue Code Section 6056 requires all Applicable Large Employers (ALEs) to file an annual report that ensures compliance with the Affordable Care Act (ACA) employer shared responsibility provisions. The reporting includes information on all full-time employees who were offered, or not offered, health insurance coverage, and the cost of that coverage on a month-by-month basis. This requires aggregating payroll and health insurance data across all entities within the larger organization while also filing per each individual legal entity.
“To help employers navigate this complex payroll and health insurance landscape, PES has launched a suite of value added services designed to make it both simple and cost-effective for employers to get the compliance services they need, when they need them,” added Pabla.

"Our industry continues to evolve and become more complex with regard to state and federal data tracking and reporting requirements,” said JP Fiorentino, Managing Director. “We understand that our clients turn to us, as their service provider, to mitigate their risks. With these value-added services, PES is helping employers reduce their risk by ensuring that they are in compliance at all times.
