The Northern California Chapter of the Visual Effects Society (VES) will present a special panel entitled “Exploring 3D Stereo Do’s and Don’ts” during an industry party to be hosted by The Kerner Group in Northern California, Oct. 9th.
A panel of industry experts will discuss the challenges and joys of 3D Stereo Projection during the “Exploring 3D Stereo Do’s and Don’ts” session, from 5-6pm on Oct. 9th. Speakers will include Art Repola of Disney, John Knoll of ILM, John Nicolard of Fotokem, and Bob Whitehill of Pixar. Kerner CEO Eric Edmeades will serve as the Moderator for this session.
Following the panel, VES and The Kerner Group, along with Fotokem, ILM, Pixar, Whiskey tree, and Tippett Studio will host a joint community/industry party at the Kerner Studios, to include food and live music performed by local industry bands.
