While it's been over two years since brand design agency BASIC refreshed its website, the newest version has launched today online at http://basicagency.com. Company CEO and executive creative director Matt Faulk made the announcement and shared a few details on the project.
Since launching in 2010, BASIC has built a solid reputation for using design to connect brands and people through the things they love… products, services, experiences and stories. With a growing client list of world-class brands and as a frequent partner to other high-caliber creative agencies, BASIC specializes in design-led, integrated brand communication and digital innovation. Last year, the agency earned Webby Award Honoree recognition in both the Best Practices and Best Web Application/Service categories.
"We work across categories and mediums, and some of the new work I'm excited to showcase is our retail and communication work for New Era, our digital work for Nixon and our global brand refresh for Incase," Faulk explained. "We've created in-depth case studies for these and other clients that reveal our thinking and our approaches. After five years in business, we feel that we are one of the best agencies at designing engaging experiences across both digital and traditional channels. After viewing our new site, we hope people will agree that we have something special to offer."
As part of the new site's content, Faulk and his colleagues also created this introductory video.
The new site is currently nominated for "Site of the Day" honors in the prestigious Favourite Website Awards (FWA). To cast your vote, please visit this link: http://www.thefwa.com/submissions/basic
Credit for the new website and promotional assets goes to Faulk along with co-founder and EVP of brand design Erich Broesel, associate creative director Erwin Hines, digital design lead Jon Vlasach.
