Chicago Studio Receives Global Recognition For Telling Great Stories
Mode Project announced today its video work has garnered three wins in the 41st Annual Telly Awards. Chicago Symphony Orchestra, After School Matters and WTTW, respectively, won Best in Travel Tourism, Best in Not-for-Profit, and Best in Television Motion Graphics categories, recognized by Silver and Bronze honors.
“The Soundtrack of a Great City”, produced for the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, received a Silver Award for Best in Travel Tourism. The video artistically weaves everyday Chicago street scenes and sounds with a performance by the city’s world-class symphony.
“It Made Me Who I Am”, tells the story of a teen whose life was transformed by After School Matters’ programs, and was the centerpiece for their annual fundraising gala last year.
“Art and Design in Chicago / Main Title” for PBS member station WTTW, captures the excitement of 130 years of art and design in Chicago in a unique opening title sequence for WTTW’s series about Chicago as a creative metropolis for artists and designers from around the world.
“We’re proud to get the recognition, and even prouder to serve and work with these important Chicago institutions. Whether helping nonprofits communicate their value, building new audiences for institutions, or developing a show open, we’re committed to telling stories that make a difference.” said Brooks Ruyle, Mode Project’s Creative Director.
