The only free two-day event dedicated entirely to mixing music and sound, MixCon 2018 takes place July 21st and 22nd at The Manhattan Center’s Grand Ballroom, featuring six workshops plus Q&A’s focused on mixing different musical styles.
Attendees will get mixing tips, techniques and advice from some of the top pros in music production, in context and presented by genre. MixCon 2018’s lineup includes:

Two free hip hop mixing workshops have also been added. Paul Falcone (Missy Elliot, Keyshia Cole) on Saturday July 21, and Paul “Willie Green” Womack (Wiz Khalifa, The Roots) on Sunday, July 22.
In addition to the Grand Ballroom, Manhattan Center’s two incredible large-scale, world-class studios will be open for the event as well: The legendary Cabin, and the newly-updated, pristine surround-sound listening environment that is Studio 7.
