Kre8 Media, a leading DRTV, Digital Media, and Brand Advertising agency, has promoted longtime employee Stephen Pickens to the newly created position of Vice President, Partnership Development. The announcement was made today by T. Lee Cutler, Founder/CEO, Kre8 Media.
In his new position, Pickens, who had been the Director of Client Services and Business Development, will seek to introduce Kre8 Media's drive-to-web DRTV group to potential new advertiser clients eager to grow with an attentive and aggressive marketing partner by their side.
Regarding the promotion, Cutler said, "Stephen was our first hire, back when I launched this company from my garage apartment in 2009. In fact, I hired him right after he earned his Masters Degree in Integrated Marketing from Florida State University. Starting with PokerStars.net, Stephen helped to develop our agency's specialty in attributing positive online response generated from TV campaigns. Fast-forward 6 years, we are now renovating and expanding our current office to accommodate a dramatic period of growth that began in 2013 and is projected to continue through the rest of this year and beyond. The sense of responsibility to our clients that has allowed us to grow as dramatically as we have thus far is due, in large measure, to Stephen's years of dedication, loyalty and hard work ethic."
Adds, Pickens, "When Lee launched Kre8 Media with just one client 6 years ago, we immediately had to develop an extremely effective culture to achieve success. With only one client, we could not afford any mistakes, as a loss of that client would spell certain doom for the new agency. Originally Director of Client Services and Business Development, Pickens was promoted to the post of Vice President, Partnership Development in 2015.
