iOgrapher® LLC (www.iographer.com) today announced it has teamed up with Adobe to help co-market Adobe® Premiere® Clip, a powerful iOS app for creating stunning videos on-the-go. With fast, simple editing, Premiere Clip helps users create, publish and share videos directly on social networks, or send them to Adobe Premiere Pro CC – part of Adobe Creative Cloud® – to continue working on the project from a desktop. By teaming up with iOgrapher, Adobe is helping make video capture with iOgrapher as easy and fun as the video editing process with Premiere Clip.
As part of this agreement, Adobe Premiere Clip branding and logos will appear on all iOgrapher packaging, and branded inserts will inform customers on how to download this powerful and innovative free iOS editing app.
“Adobe Premiere Clip is the perfect complementary app for iOgrapher. We both share the same mission of empowering everyone – from enthusiasts to pro shooters – with the tools to create and share amazing iOS video,” said Dave Basulto, CEO and founder of iOgrapher. “Teaming up with Adobe also represents a defining moment in our industry. When industry titans such as Adobe recognize the significance of iOS video with the creation of such a brilliant app as Premiere Clip, it’s clear that a whole new age of creativity is here. About Adobe at NAB
At NAB 2015, Adobe is showcasing advances that radically improve how broadcasters, filmmakers and video professionals create, collaborate, deliver and monetize content across multiple screens. Adobe will preview major updates to the video applications in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe Premiere Pro CC, Adobe After Effects CC, and unveil major enhancements to Adobe Primetime, the industry’s most advanced TV delivery and monetization platform, which will help broadcasters and pay TV providers scale video delivery across OTT and other devices. Adobe also announced important updates to Adobe Anywhere, the collaborative workflow platform that empowers users of Adobe Premiere Pro CC and Adobe Prelude CC to work together using centralized media and shared projects. In addition, Adobe is unveiling new mobile technology in development called “Project Candy” that will reinvent the color workflow for editors and Adobe Character Animator, a new professional-quality animation tool that brings characters to life using a webcam, microphone and facial gestures. The iOgrapher at NAB 2015
The iOgrapher is an entirely unique mobile media system for the Apple iPhone and iPad. It’s unique design features two handles on each side of the case, transforming your iOS device into a hand-held ‘steadicam rig,’ greatly reducing shaky footage common when shooting video with mobile devices. The iOgrapher is also designed to enable users to easily add 37mm lenses to its lens mount area for wide angles, fisheye looks, or to capture macro or close up shots. Users can attach lighting and audio gear to its three accessory shoes on the top of the case. The bottom of the case is designed for mounting the iPad to any standard tripod, monopod, or portable dolly.
During NAB 2015, iOgrapher will debut its newest mobile media cases for the iPhone 6+ and the iPad Air 2. The team will also be demonstrating its entire family of cases, including the iOgrapher for iPad 2/3/4, iPad Air, iPad Mini and iPhone 5/5s.
Created by high-school media arts teacher and filmmaker, Dave Basulto, the iOgrapher was inspired by young filmmakers, who he wanted to empower with the ability to shoot and edit video, take stills and stream video live – all from an inexpensive, accessible device.
