Davies noted that working with a journalist the caliber of Couric means being ready at all times. “Katie kept me on my audio toes,” Davies says. “She's a fast thinker and will often make creative changes on the spot, which means always be recording. You don't want to miss anything.”
Couric’s new series, “America Inside Out With Katie Couric,” will follow her as she travels the country to sit down with the people shaping the most pivotal, evolving, contentious and often confusing topics in American culture today. Episodes focus on the revolution that’s taking place for women in entertainment and technology, what it’s like to be Muslim in America, the battle over confederate monuments and statues, our growing dependence on technology, white working-class anxiety and the controversy over what some call cultural sensitivity and others describe as political correctness run amok.
"Working with Katie Couric is an honor,” said Howard Bowler, HOBO President. Bowler adds, “Her shows are both entertaining and educational. This type of programming is a great fit for us at HOBO and why so many broadcast networks and production companies trust us with their most important new shows.”

Faced with tight deadlines and strained budgets, creative teams are often tempted to select music for their content simply because it “fits.” Unfortunately, that may result in content that is in tune with what’s trending but is out of tune with brand identity. Effective sonic branding, by contrast, requires thoughtful strategic planning,... Read More
