Keith Neff, senior vice president and managing director for Grace & Wild Studios, has announced that former director of photography of CJ Johnston has accepted the position of Manager of Production Services.
“CJ’s talent and vast experience have greatly contributed to the success of our production team,” noted Neff. “He has been an integral part of our Company for over fifteen years and has contributed immensely to an enormous range of projects.”
Johnston joined Grace & Wild, Inc. in 1994 as director of photography/video technician, bringing with him over ten years of production experience. Throughout his tenure with Grace & Wild, he has established himself as a leader in the field and is well respected throughout the production community. Johnston is a graduate of Specs Howard School of Broadcast Arts, holding degrees in broadcast electronics and radio & television production.
Grace & Wild Studios also announces the addition of three key staff members to the production and post-production teams. Joining the production services department under the leadership of Johnston is production technican/DIT Geno Moliterno. Moliterno spent the past four years at Macprofessionals in Novi, Michigan as senior engineer/workflow specialist. There he specialized in production, post production, digital workflows and data management for corporate broadcasting, commercial advertising, educational, professional sports, and independent and union film clientele. Moliterno holds a masters degree in Communications and Multimedia from Saginaw Valley State University, and is an Apple Certified Master Trainer.
Julie Shepherd returns to the team at Grace & Wild Studios as producer/project manager. She brings more than fourteen years experience in production and project management for broadcast and print to her new position. Shepherd has spent the past six years at Doner Advertising in Southfield, Michigan, where she most recently held the title of Broadcast Business Manager. She served at Grace & Wild Studios as both a billing coordinator and project manager during 2000 to 2005. Shepherd holds a degree in television production from Ferris State University.
Online assistant editor Anthony Rinaldi has joined the editorial department at Grace & Wild Studios. He brings a fresh and valuable perspective as the Company moves forward and explores new directions. Rinaldi is a recent graduate of the College for Creative Studies in Detroit, Michigan, where he received a degree in entertainment arts with a focus on video production.
