NVIDIA’s latest innovations for GPU rendering, new shared storage solutions from Harmonic, and improving self-esteem in the workplace will be the subjects of three free webinars hosted by GPL Technologies.

On Wednesday, August 17th at 11:00a.m. PDT, NVIDIA Solutions Architect Steve Harpster will present a webinar titled Light Field VR, Mental Ray and Iray Software Solutions. The 1-hour session will provide an overview of the company’s leading edge GPU technology that promises to transform the visual effects industry. Part of the NVIDIA team for 13 years, Harpster was formerly a Mechanical Design Engineer at Boeing Defense and Space group working on the B1, B2 and YF22 aircraft.

On Thursday, August 25th at 11:00a.m. PDT, sales and technology consultant Chuck LaForte will lead Emanating Self-Esteem in the Workforce, a fast paced and illuminating session on how a company’s social intranet can subtly encourage healthy self-esteem in its workforce.  LaForte will demonstrate how principals derived from the runaway bestseller The Six Pillars of Self-Esteem can be implemented to Microsoft Office 365 SharePoint infrastructure in ways that help employees communicate and collaborate better. “These quick wins not only offer the basic benefits of accuracy and efficiency, but can be instrumental in establishing a social culture that promotes growth, accountability, and employee success,” says LaForte.
