Over the past 12 months, Global Mechanic Media has significantly expanded both its roster and service offering. With its digital division now fully integrated into the commercial group, getting the word out to Ad Agencies is key. With their reputation and experience in all aspects of commercial production, and forward thinking approach to representation, Schaffer / Rogers is perfectly positioned to market Global Mechanic Media.
Perry Schaffer, co-founder of Schaffer / Rogers commented on the new relationship saying “Corey Rogers and I have known Bruce, Tina, Matthew and the Global team for many years. Why did we want Global: there’s a strong and specific artistic point of view that flows throughout the work combined with a totally professional approach to production and workflow. Also, Global Mechanic Media’s movement into interactive, app development etc fits right into our long time interest in New Media. Except for managing director Matthew Charde’s allegiance to the Red Sox, Patriots et al, we love everything about Global.”
Recent work for Global Mechanic Media includes: interactive campaign work for Bensimon Byrne for Scotia Bank, web work for Copper Penny Flowers, television spots for Nestle and Delissio Pizza and BC Hydro. Drawings an award winning PSA for Stand: raising awareness for the war in Darfur; Bust it or Believe it– the first interactive YouTube campaign with Leo Burnett for Silk Soy Milk; Season 5 for the Emmy Award winning PBS TV show FETCH with Ruff Ruffman, as well as the PBS web property, based on Annie Leonard’s sustainability content, LOOP Scoops.
