The One Club for Creativity announced 78 talented young creative individuals and teams based in 18 countries selected as finalistsย for the prestigiousย Young Guns 22ย competition, celebrating global creative professionals age 30 or younger.
Young Guns is the industryโs only global, cross-disciplinary, portfolio-based awards competition that identifies and celebrates todayโs vanguard of young creatives.ย ย This yearโs entries wereย judged by a diverseย juryย of 101 creatives โ many of whom are past YG winners โ from 45 countries.

This yearโs winners will be announced on October 30, 2024, and celebrated at a special in-personย partyย on November 13, 2024 at Sony Hall in New York.
All Young Guns winners receive a unique version of the iconic Young Guns Cube, designed exclusively for this yearโs incoming class, and have their permanent profile page added to the Young Guns website.
Winners also receive a complimentary one-year One Club for Creativity membership, permanent membership in the Young Guns network, a chance to be featured in Young Guns events and an assortment of career-boosting opportunities from Young Guns sponsors.
Program branding and design of the YG Cube award itself is reimagined each year by a past Young Guns winner.ย ย This yearโs YG22 branding was created by renowned New York-basedย designer, illustrator, muralist, and authorย Timothy Goodmanย (YG7).
Levine/Leavittย Artist In Residence Award
For the 10th consecutive year, international artists management agency and Young Guns sponsorย Levine/Leavittย will bestow one talented winner with theย Artist In Residenceย Award.
The honor, presented annually at the YG celebration, goes to a newly crowned Young Gun whose body of work truly stands out, as judged by an advisory board of industry professionals across a range of disciplines.ย ย The winner receives a full year of professional development, guidance and mentorship from Levine/Leavitt to help advance their career.
