EYEQ & Company (EYEQCO), a creative production agency that reps top motion graphics directing and VFX talent throughout the US and Asia, has announced a strategic alliance with The WOW Factor, an award-winning Out-of-Home digital content creator.
EYEQCO will exclusively represent The WOW Factor's new turn-key digital network service, WOW Integrated Network Distribution (WIND™), in the Asian market. As part of the partnership, EYEQCO will provide PR, media placement and content production services.
From New York City’s Times Square to cities across the globe, WIND™ allows brands to seamlessly and wirelessly sync and control multi-screen digital signage, regardless of physical location, aspect ratio, resolution or sign manufacturer. For the first time in history, live events, promotions or performances can be linked together without costly satellite or microwave feeds and broadcast trucks.
WIND™ can also display live streaming, interactive video and audio with any signage managed by The WOW Factor, or by incorporating the portable WINDplay™ units, which can also incorporate cameras, touch screens, RFID scanners, smartphones and social media into digital billboards, as well as any location with any type of Out-of-Home display, including shopping malls, retail stores, convention centers, concert venues and transportation hubs.

In addition, The WOW Factor collaboration will provide more content creation opportunities for EYEQCO’s US roster of mixed media companies, including Prologue, Iron Claw and Totuma, through a strategic alliance with iartists, a Los Angeles-based business development firm.
Rhee, who has extensive experience working on Times Square billboard content for clients, including Samsung and Hyundai, met The WOW Factor Founder and CEO Don Blanton in 2012 when the two worked together on content for a Hyundai Korea billboard in Times Square. The two immediately clicked, and when Blanton told him about his new business extension, WIND™, Rhee instantly saw the potential to expand his business into the Asian market.

Blanton debuted WIND™ two years ago with a campaign for Microsoft WINDOWS 8. Since then, high-profile WIND™ projects have included social integration of Coca-Cola’s Super Bowl advertising push, which allowed viewers to broadcast personal messages and images during the game on Coca-Cola’s digital sign in Times Square; an iPad app and street team interactive promotion for Campbell Soup; live streaming of the BET Music Awards, which included a flash mob for MTV; and Scrubbing Bubbles' New Year’s Eve celebration on the famous block – the quintessential Times Square experience —  via iPad interaction and live streaming integration.
Today, even more billboard owners want to join the WIND™ network. In the coming months, the company will be announcing a new Times Square project that Blanton promises, “will be a game-changer for Out-of-Home Advertising in Times Square!”
