Digital Vision, the leading supplier of color grading, finishing, mastering and restoration solutions for the global broadcast, film and commercials industries, will demonstrate for the first US view Nucoda Fuse, its new low-cost grading solution at a Key Code Media event on August 18, 2010. With a feature set comparable to Digital Vision‘s flagship product Nucoda Film Master along with the new price point, Nucoda Fuse sets a new standard for price, performance and functionality.
Nucoda Fuse, which starts to ship on the day following the event, is an important development for the post production community because of its foundation in the Nucoda Film Master, chosen for projects as diverse as "Toy Story 3D," "The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader," and Lady Gaga‘s "Telephone." Its 2010 software’s feature-rich toolset includes additional stereo 3D tools and viewing modes, a new color isolation keyer (I-Keyer) and updated file format enhancements including Arri Alexa support, MFX OP1a publishing and ALE file export. Bruno Munger, Senior Product Manager and Gary Jackemuk, Product Specialist, will be on hand to demonstrate and answer questions over the course of five interactive sessions.
Digital Vision will also present their full integration with Avid codecs and solutions, and show how to close the gap between dailies, editorial and finishing.
The Digital Vision event will be held on August 18th, 2010, with 4 free sessions available throughout the day at 10:00 am, 1:00 pm, 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm. Location: Key Code Media, 1004 Santa Monica Blvd., Santa Monica, CA 90401. To learn more about the event, visit www.digitalvision.tv or call 818.769.8111 for information or to RSVP.
