As has been the norm in recent years, DGWB Advertising & Communications (www.dgwb.com) has firmly left its imprint on the OC ADDY Awards.
DGWB took home an impressive 32 honors during the 2012 OC ADDY Awards, handed out March 20 by the OC Ad Federation, formerly known as the OC Ad Club.
In all, the Santa Ana, Calif., agency received five Gold and 11 Silver awards — topping its 2011 output in those top two categories — as well as 16 Bronze awards for its work on behalf of clients DOLE Fresh Fruit, Bard Valley Natural Delights Medjool Dates, Toshiba America Business Solutions, Wienerschnitzel, Star Fine Foods, Children’s Hospital of Orange County and the California Avocado Commission. Also included were awards honoring work done for Taller San Jose, one of DGWB’s pro bono clients.

The OC ADDY Awards recognize the best in local advertising in more than 100 categories, and are the first step in the advertising industry’s largest creative competition, attracting more than 50,000 professional and student entries every year in local ADDY competitions.
Of DGWB’s 32 awards, eight were for the agency’s work for the California Avocado Commission, six were for Bard Valley Natural Delights Medjool Dates, five were for Wienerschnitzel, four were for DOLE Fresh Fruit, three were for Toshiba America Business Solutions and Taller San Jose, and one each for Children’s Hospital of Orange County, Star Fine Foods and DGWB itself.
