Running straight from working on the two biggest music videos of 2010 followed swiftly by lending their expertise to a huge country hit music video for Sugarland AND helping to create on of the most stunning spec spots you’ll ever see for Pantene, STEELE are now working on an extraordinary multi-platform series of spots for the world’s number one IT provider – personal computer (PC) developer and manufacturer โ Dell. The series starts with the currently on-air “Early Morning Revelation” shot on a Red.
In a home setting the spot opens on a busy mom working on her PC. Her family sit at a table in the back-yard โ also on their own PC, looking at photographs. The VO talks of the ease of use an obviously wireless “HomeGroup” Windows 7 supported system brings and how the entire family can share those important moments.
Taking many hours of footage and cutting it into an iconic : 30 spot is never an easy task, but STEELE’s Chris DeAngelis utilized the company’s Avid Media Composer 5.0 โ a system that Chris finds both “user friendly, reliable and very professional.”
Bringing up the rear โ Co-Founder of STEELE โ Jerry Steele then used Quantel’s Pablo to composite and color the entire spot.
But that’s not the end of it โ not by a long way! This time Dell have asked STEELE to work on not just one spot, but a whole series of them โ via the Super!Alright! Agency out of Austin, Texas and is a series that will feature across multiple formats including TV, cinema, the web and in-store.
