Also Servicing New Wins, Agency Chooses to Locate Within The Movember Foundation's USA Headquarters to Directly Support the Charity's Mission to "Change the Face of Men's Health"
Just two years after the opening of its New York office, international creative agency Sid Lee has announced the launch of its second US operation, to be located in the Los Angeles headquarters of the Movember Foundation, the leading global organization committed to changing the face of men's health by raising funds and awareness for prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and mental health.
Launched in New York in late 2012 under the leadership of Sid Lee USA CEO and Senior Partner Will Travis, the New York shop has seen clients Absolut, adidas, Calvin Klein, Facebook, Intel, Pepsi Co and Tiffany's seek out its unique multi-disciplinary creative approaches to transform consumer experiences with their brands. Now, with expanded relationships with 99 Cent Only Stores and Cirque du Soleil, the U.S. West Coast is a perfect fit for the international agency's seventh office, joining the group HQ in Montreal and ateliers in Amsterdam, Toronto, Calgary and Paris, as well as New York.
Discussing the launch of the new LA office, Travis referenced two other big developments that helped pave the way: Sid Lee Architecture's award of two new residential developments in Venice Beach, and the massive success of the feature documentary "Takedown: The DNA of GSP" from Sid Lee's production team at Jimmy Lee, which tells the story of former 3-time UFC Welterweight Champion Georges St-Pierre.
"We have been searching for the right opportunity to launch our presence on the West Coast for six months now," Travis began. "After several conversations with the executive team of The Movember Foundation, we decided supporting the charity was just the right way to land, extending the agency's 20 year belief in investing our strategic and creative resources behind causes where hiring an international agency partner just wouldn't be viable."

"Our office will benefit from their strategic ability and we welcome their creative energy."
