<a href="www.lightiron.com.>Light Iron announces that Corinne Bogdanowicz has joined the <a href="www.lightiron.com.>Light Iron team as a DI Colorist at its new facility in Hollywood. Bogdanowicz comes to <a href="www.lightiron.com.>Light Iron from DreamWorks Animation, where she re-mastered the first three installments of the Shrek franchise and Ku Fu Panda for stereo conversion. Prior to Dreamworks, she worked in the feature film and trailer DI departments at post facilities Prime Focus and Pacific Title.
Bogdanowicz recently completed the color correction on Steven Soderbergh’s “Haywire” at <a href="www.lightiron.com.>Light Iron, which hits theaters nationwide in January 2012.
“I’m really excited to work alongside a great team,” says Bogdanowicz. “The DI industry is changing very rapidly, and as an artist, I’m encouraged by <a href="www.lightiron.com.>Light Iron‘s focus on promoting my entire skill set during a DI session.”
“Corinne is a very talented colorist,” says <a href="www.lightiron.com.>Light Iron CEO, Michael Cioni. “She has a strong background in compositing and visual effects, which is a critical component of next-gen finishing artists.”

Her father, Mitch Bogdanowicz, is a color scientist who worked on some of the first color calibrations at the onset of DI during his tenure with Kodak. Her sister, Jill Bogdanowicz, is a well-respected colorist at another Hollywood post production facility. Corinne is a graduate of SUNY Geneseo where she earned a BFA in Graphics Production. She is a photographer and an equestrian.
