Immediate Plans Call for SHOUT! OTT Digital Channel Partnership and Extension of Distribution Deal for Shout! Factory's Library of Film and Television Content
Cinedigm Corp. (NASDAQ: CIDM) and Shout! Factory have agreed to expand their strategic partnership with a minority investment by Cinedigm and the announcement of plans to jointly re-launch Shout's existing AVOD over-the-top digital channel, Shout! Factory TV, focused on classic television and movies in a SVOD and freemium AVOD model. The announcement was made today by Cinedigm Chairman and CEO Chris McGurk, Cinedigm Entertainment Group President Bill Sondheim, and Shout! Factory's founders Richard Foos (CEO), Bob Emmer (COO) and Garson Foos (President). As part of the strategic partnership, the Companies will also extend Cinedigm's existing home entertainment distribution contract covering Shout! Factory's extensive library of content, including classic and contemporary television series, new horror and family films, animation and classic films.

2024 AICP Awards Tour Concludes with Stops in Dallas and Chicago
The 2024 AICP Awards Tour concludes with stops in Dallas and Chicago this month as it wraps up its tour of cities across the U.S. The National Tour brought presentations, panels and screenings to marketers, advertising agencies, production and post production companies. The AICP Awards will be in Dallas on Thursday, November 14th, at the Perot Museum of Nature and Science, followed by the Chicago event, set for Thursday, November 21st at The Old Post Office. Tickets are available now for both events at www.aicp.com. In Dallas, the program kicks off at 6:45 pm with a happy hour, followed by the screening and panel discussion at 7:30.
