Located in the Dallas Arts District at 1722 Routh Street, Suite 204, Dallas, Texas 75201, the building is a centerpiece of the city’s growing urban arts center–the world’s largest. The 10,000 square foot space was designed by well-known architect, Pat Murphy of morrisonseifertmurphy. Lionel Morrison was the design architect for the award-winning One Arts Plaza building.
The new space allows for all of charlieuniformtango’s editorial, online, design, production and audio services to be conveniently located on one floor without sacrificing any of the expansive common areas and lounges that help make the company such an accommodating–and fun–place to work.
“We are celebrating the first day in our new location on Monday, October 12th, the same day the Arts District is kicking off their week-long celebration of the completion of this exciting part of our city,” said Lola Lott. “People will be coming from all over the world to visit this area, and we get to work here every day. It’s going to be great!”
The neighborhood known as the Dallas Arts District was created to be at the heart of the city as a cultural and community resource. It is a neighborhood of live performance venues, museums, restaurants, and green spaces. “We love the energy here, and are very excited to be a part of this emerging center of Dallas,” Lola Lott said.
