According to the AAF, the Silver Medal Award Program was established in 1959 “to recognize professionals who have made outstanding contributions to advertising and who have been active in furthering the industry’s standards, creative excellence and responsibility in areas of social concern.”
We can’t think of a better way to describe Tom Gibney’s contributions, not only to The Buntin Group and our clients but the industry overall. In his nearly 10 years with the agency, Tom has produced hundreds of commercials, industry films, web content and more. If we go back to the beginning of his career, that number jumps to thousands.

Tom joins a long line of industry leaders who have won the Silver award. They include Jeffrey Buntin Sr. and Jeffrey Buntin Jr. The award was officially received at the annual AAF Nashville Luncheon June 3, 2016.
