Big Block is thrilled to announce its partnership with Jack Strachan, Owner of Say Hey Representation. The integrated production company brings on board Strachan to handle sales and representation for Big Block’s directorial and design/vfx roster for the East Coast territory.

A believer in the ‘face-to-face’ approach to sales, New York-based Jack Strachan has operated his own successful independent firm, Say Hey Representation, for the past five years. Along with Big Block, Strachan has built the Say Hey roster to include Dress Code, Nomad Editorial and Ghost Robot.

“I’m excited and privileged to be a part of the Big Block team,” remarks Strachan. “Their unique offering and highly curated roster is what initially drew me in, but working with the like-minded and strategically-focused executives in Kenny Solomon, Corwin Carroll, Scott Prisand and Caroline Gomez is what ultimately solidified my decision.”

Alongside the live action roster, Strachan will also rep Big Block’s post production studio in Los Angeles, which specializes in design, animation, visual effects, editorial and finishing for the integrated space. This allows Strachan to offer clients the totality of Big Block’s end-to-end services for multimedia campaigns and branded content.

“Representing production companies in today’s climate has become diluted with big 360’ promises,” Strachan explains. “It’s energizing to be working with a company that owns its place in the market and backs up a vast offering in a real way.”

The appointment of Jack Strachan marks another exciting step in the ongoing evolution of Big Block. The bicoastal company recently signed actor, comedian and Emmy® Award-winning filmmaker Michael Rapaport for commercial representation and delivered a slew of exciting projects for brands including Under Armour, Google, Lexus, ESPN, Ford and Gymboree. In addition to Rapaport, the award-winning Big Block roster also counts directors Josh + Vince, Paul Trillo, The Bozzwicks, and Shaun Collings.
