About BENJOSEPH MANIBOG:
Benjoseph Manibog originally joined AvatarLabs in 2008 as Designer. Since that time, he has specialized in creating iPhone apps, rich media banners, websites, flash games and other cross-platform marketing applications for many successful feature films, television networks and TV programs.
After attending classes at UCLA, Otis College, and The Academy of Entertainment and Technology, Manibog acquired several industry certificates in traditional/3D animation, motion graphics, sound/video editing, and computer graphic design. His first industry job was as a Flash Designer for the noted advertising firm Weston/Mason Associates. There, he created flash based sites and banners for real-estate and entertainment based clients, and also created and established the web interactive department. Later as that company’s Studio Manager, his clients included Buena Vista Home Entertainment, Disney, Paramount Pictures and Genius Products.
After eight years with Weston/Mason Associates, Manibog secured a position as Creative Lead at Honda Motor Company’s Interactive Department. At Honda, he worked with several departments managing, designing and developing interactive flash components for “Asimo the Robot,” and Honda’s many automobile websites. His work included 3D modeling, flash programming and creation of web graphics. A gifted photographer, Manibog has also utilized both his still and video photography skills on behalf of a number of client projects.

The Chelsea Film Festival, running from October 16th through October 20th, 2024, at Regal Cinemas here in Union Square, is set to host the East Coast premiere of Ǝvolution, a thought-provoking experimental micro-short film that proves big ideas can come in small packages and in perfect circles.
In just 1 minute 16 seconds, this cinematic gem by Award-Winning Director Romina Schwedler, with original music by Argentine Composer Ignacio Montoya Carlotto, explores a cycle as old as time: life leads to progress, progress leads to destruction, and destruction, well, leads back to life. But is this vicious circle unbreakable? Ǝvolution suggests the answer is yes, unless we decide to open our eyes.
