Digital creative services agency AvatarLabs today announced that Suzanne Abramson Norr has been named Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Suzanne will manage the company’s day-to-day operations, overall financial performance and work with the management team to set operational procedures and performance goals tied to long-term growth.

Prior to AvatarLabs, Suzanne served as Senior Vice President, Operations for Schematic, where she created and managed the global resourcing department, increased employee utilization and assigned production personnel on projects across seven domestic and international offices. Suzanne also spearheaded the creation of Schematic’s HR department and was an integral part of the company’s 100 percent year-on-year growth during her tenure.
Suzanne previously held senior leadership roles at Blitz as Chief Operating Officer and Warner Bros. Online as VP, Creative and Client Services.
She received her Master of Fine Arts degree from School of Visual Arts, Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and also attended the Interactive Telecommunications Program at New York University.
