Un Certain Regard
"La Playa D.C." (2012), feature film directed by Juan Andres Arango. A young man flees war on the Pacific Coast and heads for Bogotá. The film blends images of the harshness of the road and the congested metropolis of Colombia’s capital city with memories of the coast and sea. Cinecolor Colombia did the conform, color grading, finishing, DCP mastering, and sound final mix.

“Elefante Blanco” (2012), feature film directed by Pablo Trapero. This is the story of two friends, both Catholic priests, who are working on behalf of the poor and dispossessed in a slum of Buenos Aires overrun by powerful drug cartels and corrupt police. Film Market Premiere (Marché du Film)
"Fairy Tale" (2012), super-natural thriller directed by Ascanio Malgarini and Christian Bisceglia. Following a divorce, a mother and daughter move to an austere building of the fascist age, which hides a mysterious closet with dark secrets. Post facility Onemore Pictures did the conform, color grading, finishing, and mastering from RED RAW material.

"Horizon" (2012), short film directed by Paul Negoescu. The film asks the questions, if a fisherman mysteriously disappears in the depth of the Black Sea and there is nobody around to hear him, does he make a sound? Digital Cube did the conform, color grading, finishing, and DCP encoding.

"Los Salvajes" (2012), feature film directed by Alejandro Fadel. Five teenagers violently escape a reformatory school in an Argentinean province. They must pilgrimage a hundred kilometers on foot, across the hills, for the promise of a home to continue their days. "La Sirga" (2012), feature film directed by William Vega. A young woman flees a massacre in her Colombian village, and attempts to make a new life in the high Andes at a lakeside hostel, La Sirga. "Infancia Clandestina" (2012), feature film directed by Benjamín Ávila. Juan lives a clandestine life. Like his mother, father, and adored uncle, outside the home he has another name. "Villegas" (2012), feature film directed by Gonzalo Tobal. Two cousins drive together to their grandfather’s funeral in Villegas, a small inland town where they grew up together.
