<a href="http://www.alchehhunt.com.>Alcheh&Hunt, a new Chicago-Los Angeles-based music house, has joined Chicago’s Foundation Content and scored the US trailer for “North Face,” a new European disaster-thriller distributed by Music Box Films. The breathtaking trailer can be seen on Hulu, Apple and YouTube Trailer Sites.
Founded in 2009 by Chicago-based advertising music veteran Elliot Hunt and Hollywood-based film and TV composer Daniel Alcheh, <a href="http://www.alchehhunt.com.>Alcheh&Hunt is a full-service music and post production house where scoring commercials, films, TV and trailers are the primary focus.
“The industry thrives on hip, fresh, creative ideas, state-of-the-art technology and a larger-than-life sensibility, and we wanted to bring those elements together for our clients, under one roof,” says Hunt. “Whenever possible, we try to stay away from convention and push ourselves to true borderless creativity. We’re looking for directors and creatives to take us up on that challenge.”
“We are fortunate to have musicians working with us whom we consider to be the best in the industry,” adds Alcheh. “At the end of the day, it boils down to talent and the commitment to perfection for our clients. If we have a spot that calls for a large string orchestra, we will never settle for a pale mockup, if we can help it. Corner-cutting of that nature has become too prevalent in our opinion. We want to bring that timeless shine back.”
