Directing duo Focus Creeps‘ new video for Beach Boys‘ "That’s Why God Made The Radio" serves as both a love letter to the sunny, surfs up, sexy Southern California lifestyle and as an homage to the legendary band’s five decade career. The narrative thread of the video represents all of the different eras that the Beach Boys‘ music has influenced such as ’50’s greasers, ’60’s outlaw biker guys and 70’s surfer hippies who converge on a party along side 80’s and 90’s twenty somethings where the Beach Boys are setting up representing the what’s old is new again aesthetic that is pervasive in today’s youth culture.
