Under the terms of the agreement, the two companies will operate a unified workflow encompassing all aspects of digital distribution to broadcast, streaming, mobile, internet and gaming platforms. 2G Digital will manage encoding, transcoding, asset management, quality control and delivery. JR Media will handle captioning, subtitling, translation, localization, transcription and related services. The companies will also join forces in their sales and marketing activities.
