The Eagle Huntress (Sony Pictures Classics) is a feature documentary which introduces us to Aisholopan, a 13-year-old girl, as she trains to become the first female in 12 generations of her Kazakh family to become an eagle hunter, and rises to the pinnacle of a tradition that has beenhanded down fro father to son for centures.
The documentary marks Otto Bell's feature directorial debut, for which he earned a DGA Award nomination this year.
