This five-minute animated film stars soccer greats who seek to reclaim their great game from the hands of The Scientist, a villain who has created The Clones, a team of android-like beings who are seemingly unbeatable by virtue of eliminating all risk taking. The Clones have reduced the game to one of cold, calculated efficiency, making them kings of soccer. The price to pay is that the sport too has been reduced to being dull and predictable.
As a result, the superstar human players are out of a job, leading “normal” lives. Brazilian legend Ronaldo (O Fenómeno) decides enough is enough and goes on a mission to reignite the game with brilliant football from the re-assembled group of the world’s most brilliant players.
He rescues a dejected Zlatan from a bookstall outside a stadium, leaving copies of I AM ZLATAN behind. Cristiano Ronaldo, now relegated to life as a window mannequin, is snatched by his namesake from the SPORT-U-GAL shop window. Iniesta’s life as a farmer is over before you can say Magista. Neymar and David Luiz’s new careers as hairdressers are cut short as El Fenómeno nabs them, and Wayne Rooney’s stint as a fisherman washes up when he’s bundled into the back of a van.
Once together, O Fenómeno manages to convince the skeptical players with a stirring speech about beating The Clones. To remove any doubts, the Brazilian legend reminds them of some of their own greatest moments as they walk the stairs of his secret location.
The world’s attention turns to the showdown between The Players and The Clones to determine the future of football. Brilliance and risk taking winds up winning the sudden death match, exiling The Clones from soccer.
The “Last Game” was created by Nike, Wieden + Kennedy, Portland, Ore., and animation studio Passion.

This trailer promotes Charge Around The Globe, a new adventure docuseries that follows record-breaking traveler Lexie Limitless on an extraordinary journey to circumnavigate the globe in an electric vehicle--traveling over 30,000 kilometers across six continents, all in pursuit of one world record. The three-part series on Prime Video in the U.K. showcases the capabilities of modern electric vehicles while immersing viewers in the numerous experiences and challenges Lexie encounters throughout her journey. As she navigates various challenges throughout her trip, Charge Around the Globe serves as a testament to the spirit of exploration. Ford, Wieden+Kennedy London and WracK teamed on the series.
The documentary aims to address the primary concern hindering many consumers from transitioning to electric: doubts about the range and capability of electric vehicles. As a 120-year-old brand, Ford looked to its past as inspiration for the switch that’s taking place today. Over a century ago, pioneering explorer Aloha Wanderwell set off from Nice at the age of 16 to become the first woman to drive around the world in a Ford Model T. Now, in 2024, we get to see Lexie, the youngest person to visit every country in the world, take to the wheel of the electric Ford Explorer, reinventing that historic journey for a new generation. Along the way, she meets extraordinary people, navigates difficult terrains, and faces the challenges of a constantly evolving charging infrastructure that puts her to the test.
“Charge Around The Globe has been the ultimate test drive for our new electric Ford Explorer. We took on every kind of weather and road condition and dealt with just about every charging scenario. The journey embodies the true... Read More
