To combat the misnomer that lymphoma only impacts people age 50 and over, The Lymphoma Research Foundation (LRF) teamed up with creative agency Raison D’Etre, and production company Click 3X, for a major awareness initiative. Centerpiece of the campaign is the #EraseLymphoma video, a touching look into the lives of six young adults and their personal stories of being diagnosed with lymphoma at a young age and their battle with the disease.
One of the young adults, Anthony Daniel, is currently fighting his fourth bout with Hodgkin’s lymphoma since being diagnosed at 19 years old. The video shows how Anthony stays positive by focusing on his passion – boxing. “How you fight in the ring is how you live your life,” he says in reference to his strength and perseverance. Another, Maressa Williams, Montel Williams’s daughter, was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma after undergoing an MRI for an unrelated injury. Unfortunately, after only a short remission, Maressa relapsed and she was forced to undergo extensive chemotherapy and a stem cell transplant. Yet, she is still ready to take on any challenge–most importantly raising awareness for lymphoma. In an effort to give back she now serves as a diplomat to the Lymphoma Research Foundation spreading her message, “I am a survivor and nothing can hold me back!”
Raison D’Etre and Click 3X came up with the concept for the video, and produced it in their studio. Tim Dingerson of Click 3X directed the piece. #EraseLymphoma will live across LRF’s social channels and is part of a larger initiative which is dedicated to raising awareness of lymphoma among the adolescent and young adult community.

Top Spot of the Week: EHRAC, Animation Studio NOMINT Depict Life “In Limbo” As Families Search For Loved Ones
This animated film titled In Limbo depicts the journey of a heroic woman protagonist representing the countless families in the North Caucasus of Eastern Europe (where Chechnya is situated) searching for their forcibly disappeared loved ones. Utilizing theatrical elements, the film highlights the unnatural disruption caused by enforced disappearances and delves into the profound trauma these families endure. It emphasizes their long battles with the domestic authorities as they seek answers. The film also underscores the vital role of community support in helping these families cope and continue their fight for answers, serving as a compelling call to action for justice and human rights.
Through intimate storytelling, In Limbo raises awareness of the ongoing uncertainty that leaves families in a perpetual state of limbo, unable to find closure.
Directed by Afterman--the animation duo consisting of Tsvetelina Zdraveva and Jerred North--and created and produced by London-based animation studio NOMINT, In Limbo was commissioned by the European Human Rights Advocacy Centre (EHRAC).
In a joint statement, Zdraveva and North shared, “Our film takes place on a theater stage, highlighting how such tragedies are far removed from ordinary life,” they continued. “The stage is circular, resembling an artificial, perpetually spinning obstacle course, with a target—the red tail lights—just within sight yet never within reach, symbolizing the family’s never-ending quest for justice.”
“We used a limited primary color palette to contrast the two worlds all families are pulled between. Minimalist compositions of starkly silhouetted characters and environments create the ominous atmosphere of a deeply painful and... Read More
